Kingston Noble is seeking a dedicated Children\u0027s Residential Support Worker to join their team in Burton on Trent.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive and reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing day-to-day care and support to children and young people with EBD.
  • Implementing care plans and risk assessments in collaboration with the team.
  • Supporting with daily tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, and household chores.
  • Building positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.

Requirements include:

  • Experience working with children and young people with EBD.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • Willingness to work on a shift pattern of 2 days on, followed by 4 days off, including sleep-ins as required.
