The Role

As the Executive Chef Manager, you'll have full operational and financial responsibility for our school catering facilities. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality food and service, as well as driving sales through promotions and added value events.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing kitchen team
  • Managing stock, food, and labor costs to optimize profitability
  • Ensuring consistency of food and service standards
  • Developing and implementing menu strategies to drive sales
  • Maintaining company systems and procedures, including health and safety protocols
About You

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service. The ideal candidate will have:

  • OND or HND qualification in a culinary field
  • Experience in a similar environment, with a focus on fresh ingredients and creative menu development
  • Strong financial management skills, including gross profit management and sales target achievement
  • Line management experience and a proven track record of team leadership
