About the Role

As a Catering Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Prepare and present food to a high standard, adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines
  • Restock fridges and storage areas as required
  • Conduct regular stock takes to ensure accurate inventory management
  • Provide a warm and welcoming service to customers at all times
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety procedures
Working Pattern

This is a part-time role, working 16 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a food service or catering role
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
