Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lancashire. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will work with adults, conducting assessments, developing plans, and implementing solutions to enhance their quality of life.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to enhance patients' quality of life
  • Provide expert advice on equipment, adaptations, and moving and handling techniques
  • Supervise junior staff and contribute to team development

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) as an Occupational Therapist. You should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of adult rehabilitation, and the ability to work autonomously.
