Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Systems Support Professional to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting and maintaining secure network infrastructure services, including IP Routing and VLAN configurations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and IP Routing and VLAN configurations. They will also have strong understanding of secure firewall configurations and be experienced in supporting and administrating a VMware vSphere virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource and technical expert within IT Security to the Head of Information Systems and the wider business
  • Deliver new features or Security Tools
  • Response to and following of core IT Service Management Principles
  • Maintain lights on all Security Toolkit Infrastructure
  • Assist in the training of department members, end users, and new employees

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of commercial support experience
  • Excellent technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Strong understanding of IP Routing and VLAN configurations
  • Experience with administrating Microsoft SQL Server
  • Good working knowledge of VMware, including monitoring, provisioning, housekeeping, and troubleshooting activities

Estimated Salary: £375-£400 per day
