About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life of the people we support, helping them to gain more independence in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
- Teach new life skills and promote independence
- Work collaboratively with a dynamic team to support individuals with learning disabilities, Downs Syndrome, and autism
