About The Role

We are seeking a Care and Support Assistant to join our team. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will be working within community services, enabling individuals to stay within their own homes. Your role will involve providing outstanding personal care and support to clients living within the local community.

  • Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
  • Assisting with medication administration, as required.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients.
About You

We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. As a Care and Support Assistant, you will be required to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
