Pastoral Mentor Opportunity

LTF Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Mentor to support the emotional and social well-being of students in a vibrant secondary school in London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide pastoral care and guidance to students across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Mentor students on a 1:1 basis to address emotional, social, and behavioural issues
  • Work closely with teaching staff, the pastoral team, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Promote positive behaviour and a supportive, inclusive school environment

Requirements:
  • Experience working with young people in a secondary school or similar educational setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students with a range of needs
  • Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs

Terms:
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday
  • Paid up to £125 per day, term time only
