Mental Health Support Worker

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at Oaklands House. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will work closely with our nurses to provide person-centred care and support to individuals with Enduring Mental Health Conditions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Aiding residents in their daily activities
- Promoting independence and providing emotional assistance
- Assisting with personal care and mealtime support
- Updating residents' care documentation with accurate, detailed, and up-to-date information

What We Offer
- Salary: £12.00 per hour

- Schedule: Part-time nights available, 08:00 to 20:00 and 20:00 to 08:00 shifts
