Customer Experience and Relations Manager

We're seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Liberty Global's Business Centre in Bradford. As a key point of contact, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer issues, driving continuous improvement and service enhancement.
  • Monitor service performance, analyzing data to inform strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation.
  • Design and implement effective service governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points, informing business decisions and driving customer-centric initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Experience with service management and governance, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
