Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter to join our European function at Client Server, a top-performing team that focuses on hiring exceptional candidates in European markets.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering revenue from clients based in Europe and will be responsible for managing / mentoring teams to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate new business and manage key accounts with a focus on quality and integrity
- Deliver the best possible service to clients and drive revenue growth
- Manage relationships with candidates and clients across different markets and locations
- Work closely with the team to achieve targets and exceed expectations
- A highly competitive salary (to £32k) plus uncapped commission
- Quarterly incentives - currently our consultants can achieve holiday vouchers valued up to £12k
- Up to 30% commission earnings
