Role Overview:

The Culinary Leadership Professional is a key role within the Lancaster Landmark Hotel Company, responsible for providing leadership to all culinary activities of The Lancaster London. This includes improving standards of product, service, and hospitality to our guests, engaging all team members to improve the vision and values of the hotel, increasing company profitability, and deputies for the Head Chef in his absence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership to all culinary activities of The Lancaster London.
  • Improve standards of product, service, and hospitality to our guests.
  • Engage all team members to improve the vision and values of the hotel.
  • Increase company profitability.
  • Deputies for the Head Chef in his absence.
  • Engage the kitchen team in working at a 5* Food Hygiene standard at all times.

Salary and Benefits:
