Job Description:

At ARM, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SoC Design Engineer to join our Systems Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex SoC designs for various application segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop micro-architecture specifications for SoC designs
  • Develop RTL and run various design checks to ensure quality and reliability
  • Collaborate with the verification team to review test plans and debug design issues
  • Work with the implementation team to optimize SoC designs
Requirements:
  • Experience in RTL design for complex SoC development using Verilog and/or SystemVerilog
  • Experience or knowledge in static design checks, synthesis and timing analysis, power management techniques, and power and clock domain crossing
  • Understanding of computer architecture and systems, and practical experience of working on processor-based system designs
  • Knowledge of shell programming/scripting (e.g. TCL, Perl, Python etc.)
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with Arm-based designs and/or Arm System Architectures
  • Experience developing and integrating subsystems for PCIe, UCIe, DDRLPDDRHBM, Ethernet etc.
  • High-level programming experience such as C++ and/or assembly language programming
  • Experience in embedded operating systems, device drivers, microprocessor, and embedded system hardware architectures
