High-Performance HVAC Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team at Approach Personnel Ltd in Cambridge and East Anglia. As a permanent member of staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality HVAC services, ensuring the optimal performance of air conditioning systems across various sites.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished HVAC Engineer to take on a challenging position that involves undertaking HVAC maintenance works, including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs. Your expertise will be utilized to ensure the efficient operation of air conditioning systems, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Responsibilities- HVAC Maintenance: Perform regular PPM servicing, identify potential issues, and undertake corrective actions to prevent equipment failure.
- Fault-Finding and Repairs: Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- System Optimization: Analyze and optimize air conditioning system performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Professional Qualifications: Hold relevant certifications, such as City & Guilds or equivalent, demonstrating your expertise in HVAC engineering.
- Experience: Possess a minimum of [£40,000 - £55,000] per annum salary, depending on experience, to match the competitive market rate for similar positions in the region.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
