About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer and Trading Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Plan and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of customer orders
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
