Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. Experience in managing or implementing a CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  2. Strong understanding of CRM fundamentals and trends.
  3. Strong planning and organizational skills.
  4. Data literacy and a passion for maintaining high-quality, accurate data.
  5. Familiarity with data visualization tools and user journeys in CRM systems.
