Service Delivery Technician

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Technician to join our team at Circet UK's Home Division.

The successful candidate will provide installation, repair, and maintenance of Broadband, Telephone, and TV services to our clients.

The normal working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays. However, the nature of the work may involve considerable travel time and work outside of office hours without additional remuneration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete all work to the required quality standard, adhering to best working practices and client requirements.
  • Install and repair fibre and copper installations, as well as survey and repair orders.
  • Conduct site inspections, including traffic management.
  • Educate customers on installed services, ensuring they are operating to their satisfaction.
  • Work efficiently, maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Respond professionally to customer requests and enquiries.
  • Develop professional abilities through completing any training requirements.
  • Comply with company fleet policy and current health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure safe operation of tools and compliance with environmental regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Full UK manual driver's license.
  • Ability to manage technical work in the field with minimal supervision.
  • Capacity to interpret technical issues and diagnose problems with existing equipment.
  • Experience in demonstrating good communication skills and prioritizing work effectively.
  • Comfortable working to tight timescales and dealing with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand client quality requirements and implement procedures for service delivery.
  • IT skills for liaising with group work control.
  • Professional, self-motivated, and able to integrate fully into the delivery team.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift objects regularly.
  • Ability to respond quickly to sounds and see and respond to dangerous situations.
  • Ability to safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds and bend and stretch with comfort.
  • Ability to work alone and wear personal protective gear.
