About the Role:

We are seeking an ambitious IT Support Specialist to join our Helpdesk Team at Netteam tX Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills or take their first step in IT and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the business and end-users
  • Log and manage all incidents and service requests
  • Provide timely updates on ticket status
  • Creation of new tickets
  • Password reset and management
  • Setup and configuration of new devices for our client base, including Windows and Mac
  • Pre-build and post-build completion of laptops
  • Effective time management and planning

About You:

We are looking for someone with:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • IT-related degree or relevant qualifications
  • Proven history of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Good all-round knowledge of IT principles
  • Knowledge of Windows OOB and BIOS
  • Experience with PSA/RMM tools such as Autotask, AEM, and IT Glue
  • Initial remote diagnostics, analysis, and monitoring skills
  • Willingness to learn new software and hardware skills
  • Appreciation of client system security
