Key Responsibilities- Support the Purchasing Team Lead and Team Members in achieving business objectives
- Analyze costs and negotiate pricing and lead-times with suppliers
- Draft and issue purchase orders up to authorized limits, managing Purchase Orders in SAP from pricing to receipt
- Select Business Partners based on commercial and program factors, reviewing inventory across multiple Warehouse locations
- Update and maintain project data, including lead-times, due dates, and receipts, and manage Procurement schedules
- Communicate effectively throughout the business and with Business Partners, restocking excess hardware with consideration to future demand versus costs
- Manage Business Partner data on SAP and price lists, resolving Purchase Ledger queries and analyzing supplier reports
- Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
