Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the South West region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales performance and growth
- Conduct site visits to monitor sales performance, provide coaching and guidance to Sales Executives, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales growth
- Manage the sales process from recruitment to probation review and growth within the company
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including the Regional Sales & Marketing Director and Sales Executives
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the new homes, estate agency, or medium-sized housebuilder sector
- Strong understanding of the market and customers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to travel regularly across the region
