Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process in the South West region, covering our developments in Devon, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and Wiltshire.
Key Responsibilities- Maximise sales in your area through successful management and motivation of your team
- Conduct regular site visits to meet with Sales Executives, monitor their performance, and address any issues
- Develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations
- Liaise with internal contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Attend regular progress meetings with the Marketing team to identify site-specific issues and agree marketing strategies
We are looking for a talented and target-driven individual with previous managerial experience in sales, preferably within the new homes, estate agency, or medium-sized housebuilder sectors. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sales and marketing, and a determination to succeed.
You will be comfortable working under pressure, managing your time effectively, and meeting targets. A high level of computer literacy is essential, as well as the ability to work independently and travel regularly across your area.
