Area Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the South West region.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales performance
- Conduct site visits to monitor sales performance and provide coaching and guidance to sales executives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to support sales growth
- Manage and maintain accurate sales data and reports to inform business decisions
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the new homes or construction industry
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and growth
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in sales software and systems
