Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training sessions for care workers
  2. Evaluate trainee performance and provide actionable feedback
  3. Maintain accurate records and reporting
  4. Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance industry knowledge
  5. Contribute to the success of the organization by meeting training targets

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Passion for supporting learners and delivering high-quality care programs

A Teaching & Education qualification, such as Level 3 AET, PTTLS, or CTLLS, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience in the care sector, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in maintaining effective recording systems are essential. The estimated salary range for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per annum.
