**Regional Trainer -Country Court**
**Are you enthusiastic and passionate about training and developing a skilled, capable, and confident workforce?**
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Trainer to join our team and cover our homes within our Southern Region. Ideally you will have experience in training, however it is more essential that you have a strong background in Care.
**You will be home based and expected to travel daily to our existing and new homes, which are based within the Southern Region, including London, Kent and East & West Sussex.**
**ABOUT THE REGIONAL TRAINER ROLE**
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the planning and training of inductions to our new homes.
- Support managers, administrators, and other staff with our LMS system.
- Complete competency audits in the homes that are falling behind.
- Support homes to ensure their training compliance is of a satisfactory level.
**ABOUT YOU**
The Regional Trainer role would suit an existing experienced health and social care trainer, or a confident care worker who is passionate about training and would like to pass on their knowledge and skills to others in the care sector. Ideally you will have the following, however training will be given if required.
- Teaching & Education qualification i.e.. AET Level 3
- Experience of coaching and mentoring, maintaining effective recording systems
- Emergency First Aid Certificate
- Moving & Handling Train the Trainer
- Challenging behaviour training
- Full UK driving license, use of a vehicle and not adverse to extensive travel.
