The Role

We are seeking a skilled Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our staff, assessing trainee learning, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Deliver Care Worker Training (Mandatory requirements, Induction and CPD)">
  • Assess Trainee learning">
  • Maintain complete and accurate records">
  • Undertake continuous training and development to ensure knowledge is up to date">
  • Achieve and meet targets for training">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a genuine passion for supporting learners and a strong understanding of the importance of delivering Health and Social Care programmes that meets CQC requirements and expectations. You will also require:

  • ">
  • A Full UK driving license, use of a vehicle and not averse to extensive travel">
  • Teaching & Education qualification i.e. Level 3 AET, PTTLS, CTLLS">
  • A background in care">
  • Experience maintaining effective recording systems">
  • Basic Life Support TTT (Adults and Pediatrics)">
  • Moving & Handling Train the Trainer">

About the Salary

">

The salary for this role is estimated at £33,000 - £38,000 per annum, dependent on experience. We offer a range of benefits to our staff, including opportunities for professional development and growth.
