Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a PDI Technician, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical advice and service to our clients' customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers to ensure their vehicles are in optimal working condition.
  • Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to diagnose and repair issues, adhering to our client's approved technical procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing learning and development.
Requirements
  • Hold a full valid driving license and relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance (NVQ Level 2 or 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • Have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to manage time effectively to ensure completion of PDI and minor repairs on a minimum of 12 vehicles per day.
