We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician PDI Specialist to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and carrying out vehicle inspections to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical advice and service to customers on Ford and other brand vehicles.
- Work within relevant protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with legislative and corporate standards.
- Assist senior and master technicians and undertake learning and development as prescribed.
- Maintain comprehensive records and ensure colleagues do the same.
- Create and maintain a supportive culture for all colleagues.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development.
- Deliver services in a resource-effective manner.
- ATA accredited and fully qualified with City & Guilds or NVQ qualification.
- Ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to support, coach, and counsel colleagues and junior team members.
- Full driving license held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Evidence of 'Right to work in the UK'.
