Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle/PDI Technician to join a renowned automotive organization. The successful candidate will participate in an immersive induction program designed to familiarize them with the company's operations and culture.

Job Purpose:
The primary objective is to uphold exceptional standards in customer service. This role involves providing expert technical guidance and conducting thorough vehicle assessments to ensure maintenance and repair tasks are performed according to established technical protocols, ensuring vehicles operate at peak performance. Adherence to safety regulations and corporate standards is paramount, as is embodying the company's core values in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver top-tier technical support and maintenance services for Ford and other vehicle brands.
  • Comply with all relevant legislative and corporate protocols.
  • Assist senior technicians and engage in ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of work performed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that aligns with the company's values.
  • Commit to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Execute all tasks in a resource-efficient manner.

Skills & Experience:
Essential:
  • ATA accreditation and a relevant qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ).
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members.
  • Valid driving license with a clean record.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

Desirable:
  • Demonstrated expertise as a qualified Vehicle Service Repair Technician.
  • Understanding of customer and company needs, reflected in work performance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to personal development.
