  • Identify coaching, mentoring, and training needs for the team.
  • Propose financial agreements and ensure accurate, FCA-compliant documentation.
  • Deputise for the Sales/General Sales Manager as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Transaction Manager to join Kream and contribute to the success of our luxury main dealer in Exeter.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless transactions.

Requirements:

  • Previous main dealer automotive experience in a comparable role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
