Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Maximise sales gross profit through effective finance, insurance, and value-added product sales.
- Provide customers with clear information on their purchase commitment.
- Identify coaching, mentoring, and training needs for the team.
- Propose financial agreements and ensure accurate, FCA-compliant documentation.
- Deputise for the Sales/General Sales Manager as needed.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Transaction Manager to join Kream and contribute to the success of our luxury main dealer in Exeter.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous main dealer automotive experience in a comparable role.
