The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting care leavers with their transition to independence
  • Providing guidance and advice on education, employment, and housing
  • Building relationships with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience working with vulnerable young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
