Job Title: Personal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team at TPF Recruitment in Canterbury. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to our directors and accounting teams, ensuring seamless client management and efficient administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to our directors, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, managing travel logistics, and completing timesheets and expense reports.

Client Management: Act as the primary contact for clients, managing incoming calls and emails, and ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.

Team Coordination: Facilitate communication and workflow between our directors and teams, ensuring deadlines are met and projects stay on track.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Team Coordinator in a professional services environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and juggle multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and polished phone manner.
  • A professional demeanor, self-motivation, and strong logical thinking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • A strong sense of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, while confidently interacting with people at all levels.
