Senior College Services Advisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior College Services Advisor to join our team at Kaplan International College London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to expand their skills and build their career with a leading education provider.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and support activities related to immigration compliance functions, including creating student attendance data reports, communicating student attendance warnings, and creating Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) for students.
  2. Assist with the planning and delivery of a programme of internal audits, in preparation for a full UKVI audit.
  3. Ensure compliant record management and process student deferrals and withdrawals.
  4. Develop and deliver compliance training for the wider team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to encourage this in others.
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in working in education and in particular with international students.
  • Experience in supporting the wellbeing and safeguarding of international students.
  • Confident with IT, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexibly and lead activities or teams.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of confidentiality.
  • Ability to take initiative and demonstrate a commitment to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
