Grounds and Garden Team Lead

The post holder will work as part of a flexible maintenance team, reporting to the Estates Officer, Sector Estates Manager, and Area Manager. The team is responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens of our facilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of maintenance staff to ensure the upkeep of our grounds and gardens.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure that our facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of our users.
NHS Scotland is committed to providing a healthy and safe working environment for all employees. We are reducing our full-time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024, with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part-time staff.
