Adult Care Assistant

Your primary goal will be to empower residents to live independently, while also providing support and guidance when needed. You will work closely with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and maintain accurate records of resident interactions and care activities. A comprehensive induction program will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role. Salary expectations range from £13,050 to £17,400 per annum, contingent upon the number of hours worked. Additional benefits include participation in the Local Government Pension Scheme, flexible working options, and ongoing training and professional development.
