Become a Digital Workplace Administrator at Belcan

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Administrator to join our team in Cambridge. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing our digital workplace platform and providing exceptional user support.

Your Role: As a pivotal member of our team, you'll utilize cutting-edge tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Office 365 applications to deliver exceptional results. You'll be the go-to person for user support and in-house solutions, ensuring design accessibility and privacy standards are met while continuously seeking improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance Management System: Offer expert guidance on record management, create and update records, manage maintenance schedules, and oversee general system administration.
  • SharePoint Administration: Handle design modifications, user permissions, group management, page creation, and the generation of SharePoint sites using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have strong IT skills with a deep understanding of the MS Office 365 suite. Proficiency in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate is also essential. Familiarity with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is desirable.
