Compliance Manager Role at Broadgate

We are seeking an experienced Compliance professional to join our Risk & Compliance function at Broadgate, a family-owned business with a strong reputation in the mortgages sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory reporting, consumer duty, and MCOB obligations, with a specialist lender background being a plus.

The role will involve:

  • Coordinating regulatory reporting with stakeholders and producing reports through relevant portals/systems
  • Advising and completing thematic-based reviews and/or audits related to consumer duty
  • Providing guidance on MCOB obligations and ensuring compliance

The successful candidate will have a generalist background and be keen to undertake wide-ranging tasks, with the ability to work in a smaller organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory reporting and compliance
  • Consumer duty and thematic reviews
  • MCOB obligations and specialist lender background
