Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Housing Services Manager to join a social housing organisation on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Income Officers to maximise the collection and recovery of current and former rents, service charges, and other charges.
- Ensure the rent and service charge setting process is managed and maintained.
- Oversee and manage Former Tenant Arrears and recharges.
- Implement health and safety policies and procedures, carrying out suitable and sufficient risk assessments.
- Work with the team and internal departments, partners, and stakeholders to improve service delivery and ensure tenants receive an excellent service.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in social housing with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Housing legislation.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate staff, preferably in a housing management environment.
