About YouWe are looking for a motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant who can adapt quickly to new settings and bring energy and enthusiasm to each school they work in. You will have a passion for supporting children with SEN and a strong desire to contribute to their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities- Provide targeted support to pupils with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to implement individualized learning plans and behaviour strategies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork
