Supporting Pupils with Communication Challenges

Sense Education Limited is committed to providing exceptional support to pupils with communication challenges. We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Speech and Language Teaching Assistant to join our team in a school setting in Leeds.
Main Responsibilities- Support pupils in developing their speech and language skills, including those with Autism and learning disabilities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment that fosters social interaction and skill development.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience supporting children or adults with SEN.
- Knowledge of Speech and Language therapy principles and practices.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development through online training and in-house opportunities.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £27,000 - £33,000, dependent on experience. You will also enjoy:
