Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

£15.64 per hour - Full-time (35 hours per week)

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Community Engagement Specialist in Trafford, England.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual who is passionate about creating positive environments, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and supporting a team to deliver excellent service to the local community.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support to all users at the community centre.
  • Set up centres in advance of bookings, ensuring that all areas are clean, well-presented, and ready for use.
  • Maintain schedules and records for building maintenance, reporting issues to the appropriate team.
  • Conduct inspections in line with procedures and ensure any maintenance or safety issues are addressed promptly.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills, with a passion for helping others.
  • A flexible and dynamic approach to work, with the ability to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
Working Hours:

7-hour shifts between 7:30am to 8:15pm on a rota basis (Monday to Saturday, occasional evening shifts until 12:30am for ad hoc events)
