Job Title: Digital Engagement Specialist

Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Engagement Specialist to join our team in County Durham. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the delivery of digital inclusion and connectivity interventions, including the implementation and evaluation of projects to create digital hubs in community venues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local community organisations, understand their digital aspirations and empower them to make the most of digital opportunities.
  2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to support their digital support delivery in County Durham and build relationships to secure ongoing support.
  3. Promotion and Outreach: Support the development of marketing and communications plans and materials to raise awareness about digital support through various channels.
  4. Monitoring and Evaluation: Input into action logs, manage project budgets and contribute to updates and reports as required.
