Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed building surveys and provide comprehensive reporting of findings.
  • Pursue day-to-day surveying activities, including occasional work on Damp & Mould / Voids projects.
  • Develop and execute building projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Collaborate with our Property team to achieve departmental objectives and drive business growth.
  • Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all work activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with contractors and effectively supervise their work to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide expert advice on building matters to stakeholders, leveraging deep knowledge and expertise.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Resolve any building issues that may arise, applying sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in managing building projects, with a strong emphasis on project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • HNC / HND qualification or equivalent experience in construction or a related field.
  • Desirable experience in Voids and Damp & Mould projects would be advantageous.
  • Excellent knowledge of building regulations and health and safety protocols is essential.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools for surveying and project management is required.
