About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to children, including meal preparation, hygiene, and engaging in activities that promote their development. You will also be expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with children, ensuring their individual needs are met and respected. This is an exciting opportunity to work with vulnerable children and make a positive impact on their lives.

Main Responsibilities:
• Providing daily care and support to children, including meal preparation, hygiene, and engaging in activities that promote their development.
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, ensuring their individual needs are met and respected.
• Collaborating with colleagues to provide a consistent and supportive approach to care.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in social care or related field.
• Experience working with vulnerable children, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children and colleagues alike.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
