Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Care Assistant to join our residential care team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to children, including meal preparation, hygiene, and engaging in activities that promote their development. You will also be expected to develop and maintain positive relationships with children, ensuring their individual needs are met and respected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing daily care and support to children, including meal preparation, hygiene, and engaging in activities that promote their development.

• Collaborating with colleagues to provide a consistent and supportive approach to care.
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in social care or related field.
• Experience working with vulnerable children, preferably in a residential setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with children and colleagues alike.
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
