We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide support and assistance to individuals and families facing various challenges. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to develop tailored care plans, providing counselling and emotional support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Offer guidance and support to help clients achieve their goals
  • Liaise with other professionals and agencies to ensure seamless coordination of services
  • Promote clients' rights and interests, advocating on their behalf when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Essential Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues
  • A caring and empathetic approach, providing emotional support and understanding to those in need
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, ensuring efficient delivery of services
Compensation and Benefits:

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of £13.00 per hour, inclusive of a yearly bonus. Benefits include a referral programme and flexible work arrangements, including the option to work from home. A varying schedule may include day, night shifts, and overtime opportunities.
