Water Management Engineer

Ngāi Tahu Farming is a leading dairy farming company seeking a Water Management Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our state-of-the-art irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize water use: Collaborate with farm managers to implement cutting-edge techniques like Variable Rate Irrigation (VRI).
  • Manage an inventory of parts and ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will have technical expertise with irrigation systems, including pumps, valves, and electrical components. A National Certificate in Electrical Engineering - Electrician for Registration (Level 4) or equivalent is required.
