We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Residential Care Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Ofsted registered children's home in England. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our home meets the highest standards of care, safety, and compliance with Ofsted regulations.
  • They will lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, and fostering a positive, therapeutic environment that supports the social, emotional, and personal development of our residents.
  • With a strong focus on safeguarding and child protection, the ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with educational and therapeutic professionals.
  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience, is offered, along with comprehensive training and career development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a children's residential setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Children's Homes Regulations, and Ofsted requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
