**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Collection Project Coordinator.

This is a full-time, fixed-term position that will last until 31 July 2026. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the movement, packing, and rehousing of objects across our collections.

The ideal candidate will have good general education, including GCSEs or equivalent, and demonstrable interest in aspects of our collections.

They will also possess excellent communication skills, ability to work well as part of a team, and self-motivation with the capacity to use initiative.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Facilitate the movement, packing, and rehousing of objects across our collections
  • Maintain and update essential object documentation, including location information and photography
  • Monitor security of objects and maintain them in good condition in storage and in transit
