Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Hobbs London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and have a keen eye for detail. They will be able to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues alike, building strong relationships and fostering a positive working environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales assistants, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets. You will also be expected to develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products and brands, making informed recommendations to customers and staying up-to-date with new collections and trends.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products and brands to make informed recommendations to customers
  • Work closely with the store manager to implement visual merchandising plans and create an engaging in-store environment
  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new collections and trends
