As an Area Commercial Manager at Synchro, you will play a critical role in supporting the commercial and contractual management of a portfolio of telecoms projects. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that operations and service delivery comply with contract terms and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial resources of assigned projects, from planned expenditure through to contract control.
- Support the authorization and submission of project variations.
- Assess, review, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.
- Provide commercial and contractual expertise, including valuation certification, correspondence, claims, budget monitoring, and performance data.
- Provide accurate cost and value data at both project and regional levels.
- Solid experience in senior commercial management and contractor procurement, with working knowledge of NEC3 ECC forms.
- Experience overseeing large capital expenditure projects.
- Ability to use data for financial reporting with actionable insights and strategic focus.
Location: Sussex, with occasional UK travel. Salary: £63,000 - £68,000 + Car Allowance.
